A place for kindness
KindNote is for sharing supportive notes. By accepting these terms and using the service, you agree to follow these rules. The service is operated by North Coast Studio; contact ynnossence@gmail.com with questions or concerns.
Content that is not allowed
Do not post hate, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, abusive or discriminatory content, spam, scams, unlawful content, or instructions encouraging harm. Do not share another person's personal information or impersonate someone. Only send text you have the right to share.
Review, reports, and blocking
Submitted notes are reviewed before distribution and may be held or rejected. Automated review can make mistakes. Use Report on a note to notify us, and Block author to stop receiving notes from that author through the service. We may remove content or restrict access when these rules are breached. Do not evade safety controls or request limits.
Sharing your notes
You keep any rights you have in your text. Sending a note gives us permission to store, review, display, and distribute it to provide KindNote. Other users may save or share notes. Do not send material you need to keep private.
Support and AI limitations
KindNote is not therapy, medical advice, or an emergency service. AI-generated suggestions and automated moderation can be inaccurate. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified support service. Review AI suggestions before sending them.
Your data and account
Read the privacy policy for details about storage and service providers. You can delete your account from Profile. Anonymous accounts cannot be recovered simply by reinstalling the app, and we may be unable to identify your old account without its device session. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
